RETAIL / MANUFACTURING CUSTOMERS
FRESH RETAIL CUSTOMERS:
Westerway Raspberry Farm aims to deliver the freshest raspberries to its retail and wholesale customers to ensure they have the best quality fruit possible
Each and every day, a Westerway Raspberry Farm delivery truck is in Hobart during the season.
MANUFACTURING CUSTOMERS:
The Westerway Raspberry Farm supplies a variety of sized customers manufacturing a range of fruit products accoss Australia.
Our raspberries, blackcurrants, blackberries and other fruits can be found in products across the country including:
- Jams
- Juices
- Ice-Cream
- Liqours
- Sauces
- Vinegars
- Teas
- Dried Fruits
We can supply a range of products to suit an array of customer needs.
Fruit can be frozen in a range of sizes:
- Indiviaully Frozen (1kg Packs)
- Block Frozen (1kg Packs)
- Block Frozen (10kg boxes)
- Block Frozen (20kg buckets)
- Block Frozen (200kg drums)
- Block Frozen (500kg Chep Bins)
Fruit can also be provided whole or pureed, with seed either retained or removed.
* Most fruit is harvested and sold in December and January. Subject to availability, fruit may be available over the winter months.
