Each and every day, a Westerway Raspberry Farm delivery truck is in Hobart during the season.

MANUFACTURING CUSTOMERS:

The Westerway Raspberry Farm supplies a variety of sized customers manufacturing a range of fruit products accoss Australia.

Our raspberries, blackcurrants, blackberries and other fruits can be found in products across the country including:

• Jams
• Juices
• Ice-Cream
• Liqours
• Sauces
• Vinegars
• Teas
• Dried Fruits

We can supply a range of products to suit an array of customer needs.

Fruit can be frozen in a range of sizes:

• Indiviaully Frozen (1kg Packs)
• Block Frozen (1kg Packs)
• Block Frozen (10kg boxes)
• Block Frozen (20kg buckets)
• Block Frozen (200kg drums)
• Block Frozen (500kg Chep Bins)

Fruit can also be provided whole or pureed, with seed either retained or removed.

* Most fruit is harvested and sold in December and January. Subject to availability, fruit may be available over the winter months.
